I contacted Enterprise Heating & Air after having been stood up at the last minute by a company I had previously used. I did not want to spend another night in my hot house so thankfully, Kirk with Ayers responded and agreed to add my home to their schedule today.

The communication was outstanding! He kept me posted about where I was on the schedule and showed up as promised. Service costs provided were reasonable.

Cortney was the young man who diagnosed and serviced my ac unit. He was extremely professional, capable and thorough. He communicated with me along the way, explained everything he saw and recommended for servicing and then proceeded to make the repairs. Enterprise Heating & Air was called to look at our ac unit. They were here very next day, wasnt an emergency. After accessing our old unit Kirk, owner, gaves us the news with options. He could repair the unit, about $1800 however our unit still used the R22 , which is being phased out. This could not be warranted as the unit is old but that is an option . The other option was to get a new unit which we chose. He gave us a heck of a price. He and Courtney did an excellent ​ job​. The install went in flawlessly. I appreciate that they picked everything up when they were done, left it as they found it. Kirk followed up the next day. Also said he will be out in about a week to check the system again. We have a new unit w/ warranty for an awesome price and GREAT customer service!!! We would highly recommend this company!
